What better way to keep our planet green than to take a long hard look at where, what and how we buy. By shopping at Etikora™, we can simultaneously help ourselves, support our society and care for the planet.

We live in a world obsessed with impulse buying and an insistence that everything happens immediately. This often has a detrimental effect on our ecosystem by increasing our carbon footprint

We do our best to assist our suppliers find cheaper ways of delivering and one thing you can do to help us is to not return unwanted items simply because you don’t like it or you’ve changed your mind. This has a massive impact by creating additional costs and certainly doesn’t help reduce the carbon footprint. As part of Etikora’s policy therefore we will not pay for the cost of returning an item that falls under the above categories. Of course, we want you to be happy with your Etikora shopping experience which is why you can always discuss with us any concerns you may have.

If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered we will happily apologise and refund or replace. We just ask that you think carefully before you purchase and help us keep to our policy of trying to improve our own lifestyles and at the same time preserve our delicate eco-system.

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and preferably in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@etikora.com. If your return is for a wrongly delivered or damaged item, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Standard rate postage will be paid. As mentioned above, if you have changed your mind about any item and you want to return it during the 14-day period this needs to be at your expense.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Postage

We will only pay postage on items that are faulty, damaged in transit or not as advertised

Exchanges 

The best and fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, subject to acceptance, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
