Product Description:

Maccheroni is a pasta type that has become so famous that is has become a symbol that distinguishes Italy in the world, like spaghetti. The bronze drawing of the Iris semolina maccheroni allows for a pleasantly rougher and porous texture that is ideal for absorbing and enhancing sauces. The grain used to produce the Iris semolina maccheroni is grown directly within our supply chain. Cooking time - 11 to 12 minutes. Store in a cool dry place.
