The Katu Fabric Tapestry is a larger than life depiction of a typical tropical forest. Housed on a sturdy rainfed cotton handloom and held by teakwood rod with braided jute ropes. At Jiwya, we are proud to be zero-waste in our production. That means, every ounce of fabric leftover from patterns is utilized. Every figurine is made from fabrics from our own production line and 9 different textile art forms. Exquisite weaves, rare hand-block prints, and hand-embroidered over for opulence. This limited edition, singular tapestry can bring joy to any wall in your home!

Shipping Policy

International Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping at a flat shipping rate of INR 5000 or USD 50
After confirmation of order, products are dispatched within 3-4 business days. However, if there is a custom sizing/ personalization request, the dispatch could take up to 7 business days.
We have partnered with several reliable shipping partners such as DHL and FedEx. Shipments can take up to 10-15 business days to be delivered, depending on the country the product is being shipped to. You will be provided with a tracking number via email.
Your country may charge taxes including VAT, import duties, and customs charges. Please contact your local postal service or customs office to get an idea of the exact charges, and you will directly need to pay the charges to receive the shipment.

Refund Policy

Jiwya being a slow fashion brand, all our products are made-to-order. Each style is available in limited quantities.
We encourage you to check the product size chart, and reach out to the team for a custom sizing, if required. This enables us to curate each piece as per your requirements of custom measurements, and other minor changes.
For orders within India, we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order pieces.
In case of major damages or defects (such as holes, tears, etc.) found within 48 hours of receiving the order, we will refund the entire amount back to your original payment method. Please send an email to hello@jiwya.com mentioning the Order ID and reason for refund with pictures. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. The refund would be processed within 7 business days after approval of the refund by our team.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. The refund would be processed within 7 business days after approval of the refund.
Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For international orders, we cannot process exchange or returns due to the high cost of customs duties and taxes, as well as a high carbon footprint. If there is an issue with the product, please get in touch with our team at hello@jiwya.com and we'll do our best to work out a solution.
