If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we will gladly refund your purchase or
replace it with the correct item.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a
return. The return policy covers faulty, damaged, unwanted or incorrectly delivered goods; however,
Etikora does not assume responsibility for paying postage for unwanted items you changed your mind
about.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or
unused, with tags, and preferably in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of
purchase we email to you after checkout.

If your return is for a wrongly delivered or
damaged item, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to
send your package. We will not accept items returned to us without you first requesting a return.
Standard rate postage will be paid. If you have changed your mind about any item and want to return itwithin the 14-day period, this must be done at your expense.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for
hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The best and fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, subject to acceptance, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
