How to use:

Steep 1 teabag in 1 litre of freshly boiled water and cover for 10-15 minutes. Remove the bag and enjoy 2-3 cups throughout the day, warm or cold. Consume the brew within 12 hours.

For PMS, flow and cycle balancing, repeat the Herbata monthly. Consume daily 5-7 days before your expected period.

For PCOS, Endometriosis and heavy PMS symptoms (including emotional), start the Herbata ritual mid-month, just after ovulation. Consume daily for 10-12 days before your expected period.
