HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? Free UK delivery on orders over 150 GBP UK Standard | 2-4 business days | 7.00 GBP UK Next Day | 1-2 business days | 10.00 GBP UK Saturday Next Day Delivery (order must be placed by Friday 11 am) - 15.00 GBP EU Standard | 3-5 business days | 15.00 GBP Rest of the World Standard | 22.00 GBP WHEN WILL MY ORDER DISPATCHED? All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 pm BST ship within 48 hours. All orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the following business day. Saturday DPD delivery service also must be ordered by Friday before 12 pm BST.  For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing. In the event that a parcel is not claimed/rejected/refused by the receiver, Royal Mail or DPD will attempt re-delivery. If Royal Mail or DPD is unable to arrange a re-delivery by the provider's cut-off time, the parcel will be returned to PAMA London. In this case, there will be a £25 return fee deducted from your store credit or refund amount to cover return shipping. This is non-negotiable. HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT WORK? Our main delivery provider is Royal Mail for all international shipments and DPD for large orders. The average total transit time is 3-6 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. Please ensure to provide a clear shipping address with a phone number included in your account with us. We will not be liable if Royal Mail or DPD is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided. These include but are not limited to; missing postcode, misspelt address, missing second line address, or indication of the final destination country. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any amount returned to us for all international orders due to rejection of receiving parcels will not be refunded. How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking code to work.

Refund Policy

RETURNS / REFUND PROCESSING TIME Please allow 1- 3 business days for exchanges and returns to be processed. For refunds, please allow 2-10 working days for the money to appear on your account. We want you to love PAMA and feel happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you wish to return your item, please fill out the return form and lodge a return via our returns portal by clicking here. Return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery using any prepaid and trackable return method. Please note, unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days. * We are unable to accept returns and refunds on CLEARANCE and FINAL SALE items. Please also note that it is not possible to return an item in exchange for store credit. To exchange sale items you must return the unwanted items for a full refund and place a new order. *Return or exchange request will only be accepted when returning items are registered via return portal and items must be unused with tag still attached. Returns that are worn or not in original condition, returned after 14 days, will not be refunded. Please be aware that any unregistered items in your return will not be processed. *Please note we cannot take any responsibility for issues with returning items. These include; missing or lost parcel, custom duties, divert parcel due to incorrect receiver address. Returns cost and duties are covered by the customers. Therefore we strongly recommend for you ship items with tracked service and that you keep a proof of returns. EXCHANGES Currently, we only offer exchanges on  in size for the same product and faulty items or wrong orders. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order.
