The healing properties of salt baths have been known for centuries. We’ve packed ours with magnesium to promote muscle relaxation and recovery and Himalayan salt for regeneration and skin health. We’ve also added lavender oil for its known calming properties and vanilla oil to help reduce stress.

Instructions for Use:

Shake your bottle to loosen the salts, pour in half a cup whilst filling your bath with hot water, give the salts a swirl around so they dissolve then enjoy soaking & relaxing.
